Chiropractic care identifies and corrects subluxations with adjustments.

Safe and effective thrusts into the spine for the purpose of correcting subluxations. Thrusts are performed by hand and occasionally with an instrument.

Subluxations are made of 5 components: Abnormal motion of a spinal segment, nerve dysfunction, muscular changes, cellular dysfunction, and functional changes in normal physiology.

By negatively affecting nerve transmission, subluxations interfere with the body’s innate intelligence.

Innate intelligence is the bodies inborn intelligence which controls and regulates all physiological functions, such as heart rate, digestion, and healing processes, operating independently of conscious thought. An easily understood example is the body’s ability to heal a cut on its own.

Innate intelligence travels through the nervous system and can be limited by subluxations interfering with nerve transmission.

Major Traumas – Falls, motor vehicle accidents, etc.

Minor Traumas – Poor posture, repetitive motion injuries, etc.

Thoughts – Stressful situations, etc.

Toxins – Lactic acid build up in muscles, certain pesticides, certain cleaning products, certain hygiene products, certain medications, etc.
